IGGM Discover the Best Arc Raiders Weapons: Close-Quarters, Mid-Range & Outnumbered Meta Loadouts

If you want to win more battles, survive longer, and be prepared for the various challenges in Arc Raiders, you’ll need the right weapons.

Today, IGGM.com will introduce the best weapons in Arc Raiders for various situations. This includes the best weapons for major PvP scenarios, such as close-quarters combat, mid-to-long-range combat, and when outnumbered in a one-on-one fight against a squad, as well as the weapons with the highest overall performance.

This isn’t just a simple weapon strength ranking; IGGM.com will show you which weapons are truly effective in actual gameplay and why certain weapons perform better in different situations.

Close-Quarters Combat

Shotguns aren’t the only best choice for close-quarters combat. There are many other weapons in the game that can kill enemies at close range, and their kill times can rival some shotguns. First, I’ll introduce Bobcat, which will be your best choice.

Frankly, it’s not surprising that it’s at the top of the list. Bobcat is a high-performance submachine gun designed for intense close-quarters combat. It boasts an extremely high rate of fire and agile handling, allowing you to tear targets apart in a short time. However, due to its high price and frequent theft by rats, you might not use it every time. If you can afford it, I highly recommend it.

The second best choice is Volcano. After IL Toro was nerfed, this gun became the best shotgun in the game. It can wipe out any squad. Its downside is the same as Bobcat: it’s too expensive, and its range is slightly shorter.

Next is IL Toro, everyone’s favorite gun. Yes, even after the nerf, it’s still powerful. This gun is very easy to use and inexpensive; if you look carefully, you can often find it in Security Breach. You can also usually find it in Tier 2 weapon cases. This gun is amazing, you must try it! Stitcher is also good, but after the recent nerf, its power is not as good as IL Toro.

If you are on a very tight budget, IGGM.com recommends Burletta. It’s ridiculously powerful and everyone’s favorite budget weapon. It’s super cheap; you can even get it directly from merchants. The only reason you need to upgrade it is to improve the reload speed.

Besides that, this gun’s close-range kill speed is amazing. You can freely customize it with attachments; for example, you can choose to equip a suppressor because it sounds cool. Trust me, you definitely won’t regret using it.

Mid-to-Long Range Combat

Mid-to-long range gunfights are very frequent in Arc Raiders, so you must have the right weapon.

Renegade is currently the most recommended mainstream setup. It has very low recoil, low bullet spread, and a near-perfect rate of fire. This gun is suitable for all situations, but for mid-to-long range, it’s definitely the best choice. However, its blueprints are very difficult to obtain, resulting in fewer users, but there’s a solution.

You can buy ARC Raiders Renegade blueprints at IGGM.com. IGGM offers affordable items, fast shipping, and an 8% discount code ARC8, ensuring you never enter raids empty-handed.

Next is the mid-range weapon, Anvil. This gun has amazing power and extremely low bullet spread, making it perfect for mid-to-long range combat. If you’re unsure which gun to bring, grab this beast and start your killing spree.

Next up is Pharaoh. There’s a reason this single-shot weapon is so reliable. Whether you use the free kit, upgrade it to level four, or buy it from a merchant for a relatively low price, it’s a lifesaver and incredibly powerful. Two headshots with it and the enemy is practically dead.

Outnumbered Combat

When you’re facing a squad alone, or your teammates are down and you’re outnumbered, you need a gun that’s fast, reloads quickly, and allows for rapid entry and exit from combat.

First up is Venator. Even after the update, this gun remains powerful. Its reload speed is perfect for situations where you need to take down multiple enemies in quick succession.

Next is Anvil. This gun is insane to play. Two headshots and the enemy is back in Speranza. You can perform many maneuvers with it, even reloading while moving; at close range, it’s like a shotgun.

When outnumbered and on a limited budget, weapon selection becomes more challenging. Kettle and Burletta are likely the only two options. Kettle allows for effective suppression of enemies at any range. You could try Stitcher, but its kill speed won’t meet your needs.

Best All-Round Weapon Choices

If you’re not very experienced, IGGM.com recommends the following weapons. These weapons will not only give you an advantage in PvP but are also very effective at eliminating ARC enemies in PvE.

The first recommendation is Hullcracker. The reason is that Hullcracker can be purchased from merchants at a fairly affordable price, and ammo is also cheap. It’s also fun to use, deals high damage, and feels good to handle.

The second choice is Jupiter. This is everyone’s favorite weapon. The only reason it’s not ranked first is that it’s crafting cost is slightly higher. You need a Queen Reactor to craft it, and you can’t get it from merchants. This is absolutely the perfect weapon to eliminate Rocketeer; if you shoot a Rocketeer in the face with it, it will stun the enemy instantly.

Anvil is suitable for almost all situations, especially in PvE. Its heavy ammunition can penetrate almost all armor in the game. And its blueprint is easy to find; even if you don’t have special ARC Raiders blueprints, you can buy the gun from vendors.

Note: Beware of Extraction Point Campers and Rats

When Arc Raiders first launched, its appeal lay in its tense and exciting PvE survival cycle: fighting powerful ARC enemies, scavenging for supplies, extracting, and only occasionally encountering PvP. This gave the game a unique personality. It was dangerous, yet it didn’t feel like every game was just a player-versus-player hunt.

Now, you need to be wary of ambushes, campers, third-party interference, and players specifically hiding to kill extractors. You can use marking grenades to spot extraction point campers and rats hiding in bushes. Currently, there aren’t any specific guns specifically designed to deal with lurking enemies. You’ll need to use weapons you’re familiar with and carefully search every corner.

If you’re new to Arc Raiders, hopefully these weapon choices will give you some fresh perspectives. Weapon rankings aren’t important; what matters is choosing based on the current version’s strength and your needs. IGGM.com suggests trying out different weapon styles to find the one that best suits you!
